IPTA Awarded USAF Contract to Guide Statistical Analysis System/Retrieval Applications Website (SAS/RAW) Website Through End-of-Life Transition
SALEM, NH — December 4, 2025 — Interactive Process Technology, LLC (IPTA) has won a follow-on contract to support the end-of-life sustainment of the U.S. Air Force Personnel Center’s (AFPC) Statistical Analysis System/Retrieval Applications Website (SAS/RAW) through a transition to the new Statistical Analysis & Retrievals System/Retrieval Applications Web (STARS/RAW) environment, helping to maintain the critical mission to deliver talent management and care solutions to Airmen and their families.
Across IPTA’s nearly decade-long support of SAS/RAW, the company oversaw the full breadth of technology services to ensure the continuous availability of the site, including system administration, maintenance, upgrades, and cloud migrations. Now, at the end of the product’s lifecycle, IPTA has successfully transitioned all 25 RAW systems to the STARS/RAW physical and cloud platforms while maintaining a 99 percent uptime rate and will continue overseeing support until end of life.
